The mica is pressed and pasted to the board using a hot press. The mica and ply board are fused together in this machine using adhesive and the heat of electrical heaters.
Process of Working
The mica is inserted in the machine after the glue has been applied to the board. The heaters are heated to the desired temperature and maintained automatically, and the bottom plates of the press begin moving upward with the assistance of a switch.
Ready to Use
At the set pressure, the plate will come to a halt and then begin moving downward at the user-defined interval. Remove the board; the mica has been applied on it and it is ready to use.
